Jay Kerutis Jay’s Experience spans over 25 years starting in retail, to wholesale distribution, vendor sales and marketing, ultimately becoming a leader in commerce solutions via the internet. His most recent success was as President of Digital River (NASDAQ:DRIV), the leading provider of e-commerce solutions for companies such as Symantec, McAfee, AutoDesk, Scansoft, HR Block, Macromedia, Microsoft, Major League Baseball. Through his leadership, in less than 5 years, the company grew to $1B in gross revenue with over 30,000 clients and driving EBITDA profitability in half that time. In addition, he led the charge for new acquisitions that enabled the company to expand internationally as well as domestically. A graduate of University of Kansas where he continues to maintain his Jayhawk allegiance, Jay started his career as a buyer and was promoted to lead merchandising and marketing roles in many national retailers including Macy’s, May Company, Associated Dry Goods, and Carter, Hawley, Hale, and then moving to a specialty retailer, Silo to lead their entry into computing equipment. Prior to his role with Digital River , he was Vice President of Channel and Internet Sales for Merisel, a leading distributor of computing products and services. Jay brings a wealth of knowledge, vision and leadership to our new endeavor and we welcome his mentoring and guidance. |
